Respected Sir, Firstly which handset you are using?
The talks key in N73M is located at the left side below the menue key or to put in different words, it is located at the bottom of the left side. Now if you wish to check in your set, then press the other keys except the numeric keys and shortcut keys, the Talks will say "Talks" that is the Talks key. Now for reading time, you can press Talks key plus 9. The best solution of your controling Talks's speaking is to open the Talks settings window by pressing Talks key with star, and start exploring the different options from the second tabsheet. First one is magnification tabsheet, and then the second is Speach tabsheet. For going to second Tabsheet, push your joystic to the right. If you want to control the speed of Talks, then talks key and 7 can be used to low down and talks with 8 can be used for raising it respectively. For coppying the matter of the doccument though not sure, but the options>Edit submenue>Coppy command can be used. For any other question, write me personally. I know that I should reply this mail personally but my net is not allowing me to do that because I am using Gmail Mobile ver... and there is no way which I know through which we can reply directly to the sender or we can check the senders email address.
