customer, I am also working in corporation bank. such facilities are
available only for staff members.

While discussing with one of my friend and the AI member, the demand
drafts or pay orders have free for the visually challenged people. I am
not sure about this service, but according to him, the Bank of India is
providing this facility to the visually challenged people. When I have
contacted, they were not aware about this facility offered to the blind.
Please let me give more information and the related circular which may be
help me to get this facility from the bank.
