Folks, How are you all? Well, here I'm enjoying holiday time and right now writing you with a glass of coffey on desk. Well, since I had been free somewhat, I decided to try hand on jaws tandem. Though I've read the quick start guide given in jaws 10 beta version, but unfortunately could not succeed in establishing connection with target computer which was waiting at other end. I opened the jaws/utilities/jaws tandem submenu/tandem centre sub menu/get access, and then pressed get access button as described. All was going fair until now, but oh god! Now came the message which prevented my work "Meeting not allowed The serial number is not allowed to connect. Please contact customer support for assistance." Now, the query is simple and unambiguous, what is the problem with it? What steps can be taken to let it running? Your helpful words are really required. With profound regards, Prateek agarwal.
