Though I've read the quick start guide given in jaws 10 beta version, but unfortunately could not succeed in establishing connection with target computer which was waiting at other end. I opened the jaws/utilities/jaws tandem submenu/tandem centre sub menu/get access, and then pressed get access button as described. All was going fair until now, but oh god! Now came the message which prevented my work "Meeting not allowed The serial number is not allowed to connect. Please contact customer support for assistance."
