Dear Amar,
Firstly, though your intention was to draw our attention, I feel, you should
not use such display names as it indicates that we are receiving mail from that
specific bank. Hope you will understand.

Secondly, it so happen that the information may not be up-to-date. Before
writing to the list, have you made any attempts to approach the Bank in this
regard? Since the circular of RBI has recently came in, it is our
responsibility to let the Bankers aware of this. Although, RBI sends to every
bank, it so happen that many of them are not aware.

In this connection, I would suggest, take below issue to the notice of Branch
manager where your father has account and I'm sure, he should take up the issue
further.

If I am not mistaken, according to the latest notification of R.B.I.,
these facilities are available to blind. Still they deny this service
to us?

If I am wrong, then please update my knowledge.

I just want to pass this information so that interested persons can
look into this matter.

Kindly note, I have not got in touch with any of the bank
representative for this issue.
Regards,
Amar Jain.
