My father has an account with Bank of Baroda. Today while we were
checking the online banking system, I found a disgusting thing of bank
of Baroda, mentioned under the FAQ.
I have coppied only related lines.

Ø Illiterate
Ø Dormant accounts holder
Ø Inoperative accounts holder

If I am not mistaken, according to the latest notification of R.B.I.,
these facilities are available to blind. Still they deny this service
to us?
If I am wrong, then please update my knowledge.
I just want to pass this information so that interested persons can
look into this matter.
Kindly note, I have not got in touch with any of the bank
representative for this issue.
