Hi, In any case, you would need to use a screen reader. The question is should speech recognition be used or should the keyboard be used. My answer remains that it is based on personal preference and, in many cases, military necessity. For example, if you have a disability that does not allow you to use your hands, you, in any case, would need to use speech recognition. As I understand, most blind people are placed in separate rooms when taking an exam. In many cases, this significantly reduces the noise level in the environment so, it is indeed possible to use speech recognition in such situations.
