to create shortcuts to automatically email specific recipients.
You can even assign a hotkey to email a specific person this way, or

Create a Quick Email Shortcut
choose New \ Shortcut from the file menu at my documents
In the location box, enter in the email address that you would like to
create the shortcut for, using the following syntax:

for example,
mailto:[email protected]
This will create a shortcut to send an email using the default mail
client. On the next page, you can give the shortcut a name, and I'd
suggest using something
descriptive like the group's name, or the name of the person
in this case, you can enter accessindia
Now you have a shortcut that you can use to quickly open up a new
email to accessindia using your default mail client
If you hit alt+enter on this shortcut and choose Properties, you can
add in a shortcut key as well.
for an example, you can tab around til you hear shortcut key:
hit A
next time you hit ctrl+alt+A, a new message is ready with
accessindia's name in "to" field.
their are also Advanced Email MailTo Syntax,like cc, bcc, subject etc,
but they require special care of characters, and since i'm keeping
this1 simple for every1, i'm not including those here.
now, you can create a folder with quickmail, with each shortcut
pointing to a particular address, or multiple groups, the
possibilities are just endless like your imaginations!
