IE 8 has got the same hot keys as that of IE7 and few examples are as
follows:
Shift + Enter > Open in a new window
Ctrl + Tab > Open in a New Tab
As such, apart from the bulleted links, I am able to open every link in
a new tab using the latter hot key and this is because IE8 doesn't have
a option of "Open in a new tab" in its context menu (right-click menu).
Now, if this a concious removal of feature by Microsoft, then I am
afraid that I need to downgrade to IE7 again.
