Hi,
It is all very well that the Election Commission is talking about accessible
voting facilities for disabled persons. The question that comes to my mind
for which I have no answer is that there are thousands of polling booths and
are all of them going to be accessible? How will the EC know as to where
the disabled voters are and which polling booths would be used.
