Dear friends,

Is this facility is applicable to all the states? If so can I send this SMS
from any services?, I have send through the bsnl I get a reply that "the
message cant be sent" so can I try in any other service providers? And the
syntax of the message is "USE" in upper case and a space then the STD code
of the landline and then space and my land line number of witch the BSNL
data one  connection is taken am I right? Kindly help me.
