The syntax is correct: use in uppercase, space, area code, space, landline
number.
But I am not sure of the facility available in other states. It can be
utilized only through BSNL mobile phone. I have tried it and it works quite
all right. If you want to know about your state, you can use the tollfree
number: 1504 and know whether it works there.
