Hi Rajesh,
When you bought blue-soleil dongle, you should have received a CD for the
driver to be installed. As mentioned before, the program interface is in
Chinese, but you could do a couple of things to pair the device. After
installing the required driver, insert the dongle and turn on your Bluetooth
connection on the phone. Try to make it visible to other devices. Now start
the blue-soleil by using the icon on the desktop. Now the screen gets
converted in to the Chinies interface, but at least the phone's name should
be visible and you can see that by using the JAWS curser or the invisible
curser. A bit tricky, but eventually works after several attempts. Also if
you use headset in your computer, you can hear a very mild humming sound
when your Bluetooth device attached to the computer tries to find other
devices. After being fed-up with blue-soleil, I bought a Broadcom Bluetooth
dongle and it works fine and menus are interfaced in English. I am sure that
it will be available in India and it costs around $15 here in the US.

That's correct, but one problem with the program is though it uses the
Chinies interface and thus a bit difficult to predict what exactly there
on
the menu. At least that was the problem I had when I had my first
bluetooth
dongle and after I broke it, I swiched to the standard one and things got
rectified.
