Yes, Govind, It is perfectly alright and within the extant rules to take anyone pursuing b.tec. or medicine graduation with or below sixty percent marks. Such courses, even though professional, are nonetheless undergraduate courses only, though I am also aware of some instances where fool headed examination authorities regard such courses more than UG courses, probably due to more number of letters in the name of their degrees!! smile.
