Yes, there is a short cut. If you assign your signature as your address,
then at the end of every mail your address will come.
This you can do in your both gmail and outlook express account .

Of course we can store our information in a file we can coppy and paste
it every time. I don't think its good and safe for us. so please let me
know how to do these things either in internet ex or outlook ex.
