Hello, For outlook express. Go into tools with alt+t. Then look for options and hit enter. You will fall on the general page. Use control+tab several times and stop at, signature page. Tab in here and study this page. I have created many signatures. If you need more help or steps let me know. I will try to help you amke a signature.
