friends, i would like to know about the state ofU.N. Convention in our country. If i am not wrong, i think that the U.N. Convention fully came into force exactly a year ago and still i feel that it is not fully implemented in India, except a few trickles here and there. so i would like this learned assembly to voice their thoughts in this regard. regards raghu.
