Hello Mukesh,
According to me, open the file which you want to convert in HTML format. Go to file menu and click on save as option. In save as type combo box, select Web page(*.htm;*.html) & save it at your desired location. I hope it helps you.

As far as my knowledge is concerned, Open the file in kurzweil software and save it as HTML. It will take care of all the things.
