Hello,

You have to take into account several things. First, take care of the headings. You may insert bookmarks in the word file for links to top or certain sections of the page. It will be retained as hyperlinks on the webpage. Choose a theme for background if you want a good visual effect. Take sighted help for it. Moreover, you may always create tables, lists etc. if you need them on the webpage.

Review your webpage using the Webpage preview submenu under the File menu. If you are satisfied, you can save it as a webpage from the File, Save as ... dialogue box, or File, Save as webpage ... submenu. What I notice is that a word file saved as a webpage is larger in size than other webpages, say created in notepad or even ms frontpage.

Also note that a folder is saved with the name as "your file name_files" containing images, stylesheets etc. If you post it, you have to post this folder too.

Best regards,
Amiyo Biswas.
