Yes, it does surely bring smiles on our faces. But I'm worried these
smiles are more out of relief than happiness.

I got recruited in the same batch and joined in SBI nearly six months
back. I'm going to get confirmation by July fifth whereas that girl
is joining in the organisation now.

What about the financial benefits I've received in this period?
What about the edge of seniority I have over her when going for promotion?
What about the initial orientation training I've received? Which, I'm
sure, would be denied for her.
And most importantly, what is the compensation she is going to get
for the mental tension and agony which she has underwent in these six
months?
Anything could have happened, sensitive person might even commit
suicide out of frustration.

All these, without any sort of mistake on her side, resulting out of
inconsistent HR practices followed by the so called oldest and largest
nationalised bank in India during the same period.
Moreover, this is not the first case we have seen. We have seen a
similar case in Karnataka. Don't know, how many cases like this
happened all over India.

My doubt is, can a person, having no relation with that girl and
without her permission and knowledge, sue the organisation for this?
