Strictly speaking Vamshi, the law is very clear on this. Unless a large
number of persons are affected no organisation or person can take this
matter up as public interest litigation. For taking up as an individual
case, no other person or organisation would have a 'locus standi' in the
eyes of law as that person is not the affected party.

It has to be that girl who can sue the organisation. However, this doesn't
stop any organisation or person from raising such inconsistencies in HR
Policies leading to denial of justice and equitable opportunities, in the
mainstream media or representations to the Bank or Indian Banking
Organisation.
