It's sad that even after distributing Web Accessibility Guidelines
(http://web.guidelines.nic.in) a few months ago, it appears, those folks are
not looking at them while re-designing the website. I have off late observed
this for Social Justice Website too. 

On the other hand, I have no clue why CCPD office is yet not thinking of
re-design of their website. I think the effort should actually start from
there and then rest of the departments will follow...

Sorry, but a bit upset...
