Srinivasu, the Govt. of India thinks that by making one portal accessible
with much fanfare, they have done their duty. There seems to be absolutely
no monitoring by any agency about implementing the WAG. You rightly said if
our own CCPD and MSJE do not act, what to say about other ministries.

I suggest we include this clause in the legislation and then start taking
each ministry to court!!!
