I just don't know for how long we will wait for laws to do right things anyways. Script writing is an alternate option to enable access and the chances are that the application will still not be 100% accessible and above all, the application should be accessible in general that is it should be usable with any or most screen readers. The Section 508, do not says the bla application should be accessible with JAWS or Window Eyes rather it says, the design of the application should render proper information through accepted accessibility standards. Copyright laws can not protect anything, students may still copy the information passed using inaccessible application to their notebooks and the notes will be in circulation for ages. (still remember getting Photostats of notes in college having dates 5 years back) and on top of anything all were the articles and paragraph from copyrighted books!!! Thanks Mukesh
