Your experience shows the standard of the so called educated and 21st century people living in the country. Talking about publishers, one of the publishers "S Chand", provides accessible material that is what I heard. I also red on their website I think that we can provide you accessible material in whatever way means in cd, in html etc you want. However I have not tried yet.
