This mail is in response to both the complaints- Amarnath and the other one 
regarding humilating experience. 
Please note that all Banks have to follow the guidelines.Private Banks are not 
excluded. 
When you face such problems you need to give full details in your complaint
1. Bank name
2. Branch Name
3. Official'sname and designition.     
4. What service were you asking for and what was denied. In both the current 
cases it would be opening of a Bank account. 
5. Did you complain to the Manager of the Branch and his response. Dont forget 
his name.
6. The reason for refusal.
7.The date andpreferably the time.
8. Dont forget to mention that you gave the RBI Circular and the IBA guidelines 
and still you were refused. Be sure that you did try with these documents.   
9. The  Banks should not refuse to open an account for anyone but they do and 
they have some perogative but on the ground of visual disability they cannot. 
10. It is best to send the complain to the ombudsman-addresses provided by 
Rajesh earlier and now by Vanshi.
11. Please send me one copy and one copy can be marked to the Chairman of the 
Bank.   
12. Have patience and fight for what you want, dont buckle down and I am sure 
you will get it.
