halo all, this is an urgent problem required discussion. I am facing a peculiar problem regarding opening a savings account in the banks like axis bank, icici bank. they are simply regretting to open either a single or a joint account to a blind person. please, guide me. some of you are working in higher posts in several banks. if any one of you have some guidelines for private banks from reserve bank, please, send me. I will be highly oblige.
