Hi Kanchan

On one hand we demand inclusion in all respects including inclusive
education, inclusive employment, however once in, why should we start
demanding exclusive staff rooms. If we believe in true philosophy of
inclusion, then perhaps being with every one in the common staff room would
be the right decision. Also this would promote further inclusion and
acceptance by fellow teachers, else you remain excluded. This is promoted
despite the fact that special schools and exclusive rooms may be very
convenient to the users!
