Hi Subramani sir Please follow the following steps and report the result.
In the look in dialog box, press alt+i to go to look in and select the folder which contains the file or folder which needs to be uploaded. Select it but don't press enter on it. Now tab thrice to go to "folder view list view". Select the zipped folder which needs to be uploaded and press alt+o to confirm your selection. Now the look in dialog box disappears and you can upload. Note: By selecting, I mean, when Jaws announces something in a list, it is taken for granted to be selected. -- G.
