Hai, Rakesh here, When you zip the folder then the folder becomes a file. Probably you cannot see the files in the folder through the dialog box of browse.
And you cannot send a folder but can send the folder if it is zipped. However the reciever can download the zip file and unzip to get the folder . This is from best of my knowledge .
