If the site is made in JAVA then it won't be accessible with JAWS. But sighted persons can read it. And if There are flashes and animations used in web page then also JAWS find it difficult to read. ----- Original Message ----- From: "ashik" <[email protected]>

Subject: [AI] What makes the sight eccessible and what not?

Dear Members,

I am not a technology expert. So, I want to ask a question. When we visit some sites on the internet, we can not read the contentof the sites. However, the screen displays the content. The sighted person can read it, but we can not. So, my question is: what makes the sites accessible, and what not? There must be something in the process of making the sites which makes it accessible or not. But I don't know what it is. I hope the knowledgeable members will throw some light on this topic for the benefit of non-techy members of this group.
