As per my experience, road tax exemption was given to every disabled driven vehicle at RTO itself, concerned RTO having such guidelines in their office itself, however about to obtain excise duty exemption for disabled vehicle, i have posted the letter recieved from Excise Duty Department at my DISABILITY INTERNATIONAL FRIENDLY network at : www.kodakkal.ning.com those who interested to down load the documents please log on to the page and click on various circulars column at the left side of the home page on above network. with best wishes,KODAKKAL SHIVAPRASADwww.disabilityindia.org/legalaid.cfm#1
