Sir,
You can try following:
1. Try scanning something with your scanner's software. This is to insure
the functioning of your scanner and scanner's software.
If that works fine, then go ahead and follow the next step.
2. Now try scanning with fine reader. Its bit troublesome, because the setup
file is to large. But can try this.
If this goes well, then I guess there is some problem with your setup of
Kurzweil.
Since fine reader is my choice, I can't tell you the solution of kurzweil.
If scanner problem persits, either contact your dealer or look on the
website for updated drivers.

hello listed members, this is sanjeev with his continuing problem. I
have tried my level best to scan the book but somehow it is not
happening.
I have installed Kurzweil 1000 properly, also installed the scanner CD
which came with the scanner. I have registered my Kurzweil also but to
no avail.
I am writing to all the prosidure which I am using while trying to
scan the book.
first I open the Kurzweil than I place the book on the scanner than I
give the command control f9 but the only thing happens is that I get a
message don't send button, send error button, or close button.
I have even reinstalled my window twice still it is not happening.
what I have to do more please let me know, now I feel whether I have
made a mistake by buying this scanner. My scanner model no. is G2410
please suggest me some suggestion
