I have tried my level best to scan the book but somehow it is not happening. I have installed Kurzweil 1000 properly, also installed the scanner CD which came with the scanner. I have registered my Kurzweil also but to no avail. I am writing to all the prosidure which I am using while trying to scan the book. first I open the Kurzweil than I place the book on the scanner than I give the command control f9 but the only thing happens is that I get a message don't send button, send error button, or close button. I have even reinstalled my window twice still it is not happening. what I have to do more please let me know, now I feel whether I have made a mistake by buying this scanner.
