I am using NVDA portable and jaws portable in my office. we have to install
the freedom scientific video intercept driver to use the jaws portable
version. No special driver is needed for NVDA portable. the snapshot
versions of NVDA works very well with internet explorer and mozilla firefox.
more over NVDA works very well with ms office applications.
jaws portable works very well in internet and network computers. comparing
to NVDA, jaws is fast and accurate. but NVDA is speedily developping and one
day it will substitute the proprietory softwares.
