As for as I learn, there was indeed a voice recording of Swamijiwhen he visited Mysore before leaving to Chicago during the rule of Chamaraja Wadeyar, who hosted Swamiji. Unfortunately for posterity,this invaluable recording got destroyed when the then wodden palace at mysore was gutted in fire. The present palace was built only in 1916. As regards Subramanian, in particular, I appeal to him not to be disappointed, as hearing the very name of Swamiji is comforting and instil inspiration in ones heart.
