Well, I have myself transfered my license once but that was due to the fact that I had lost my phone and had to buy a new one. What you can do is just call up Saksham people (that is from where I guess you have purchased the license) and ask them whether you can do the same. The condition is if I'm not mistaken that you need to have a premium license of Talks.
