Hi, You haven’t mentioned the version of your Office. In 2007 as well as 2003, one can identify duplicate entries through conditional formatting. But the duplicate items found through this method are highlighted with a color of your choice, which won’t be of much help. The other way is to Sort the column in a way that the duplicate entries come together. If you are interested, I’ll explain how to Sort data later.
