hai Ms. you can use auto filter which is in the data menu for that, 1. go to data menu by pressing alt + d 2. press enter on auto filter option (by default it will be uncheck after you press enter it will check) 3. use alt + down arrow to find the data which you want to filter for example think you have to get all hydrabad at time 4. select hydrabad by useing down arrow and press enter. 5. after you press enter, all rows will get hidden to get come back, 6. againe go to data menu there you will find show all option press enter on that. it will work in every version of excel.
