Folks: One of the things I'd like to do -notwithstanding the early morning cold weather- is to race against the 8 o'clock download time for BSNL home PC account, getting books/music I love to read/listen. I download stuff mostly from Sendspace. However, for the past few days, I have problems in downloading files. When I press the download link I hear a kind of a sound but the file never starts to download. This happened in both my desktop and laptop. Also, when I tried re-tweeting news stories using the "re tweet" button on websites such as London Daily telegraph, I hear more or less the similar sound to the one I hear while pressing the download link and the re tweet never happens. This has left me wondering what could have been wrong. Can anyone guess the problem? If so, pl let me know.
