Even I face the same problem. This seems to happen when the system date gets changed. The problem is worse in IE. In Firefox, once you confirm a certificate ecception, it is perminently stored. If you want to solve the problem, First of all, make sure your friend's system date is set correctly. If it keeps changing repeatedly, I would recommend he switches to Firefox. Regards, Ravi Paul
