First select the text and then press Alt+Control and
1 for Heading 1
2 for Heading 2
and so forth.
There is another way to do it. First give the Heading Level 1, by
following the first process or pressing Alt+Shift+Left Arrow, after
selecting the text.
Then for other Headings just press Alt+Shift+Right Arrow, after
selecting the text.
The text will be automatically arranged in the sequence Heading.

Till now I haven't practiced to convert a Word Document into HTML
format with keeping Headings in it.
I think, the best option would be to try it on your own as a practical.
