You have to activate the quick keys option by pressing insert+z if it is a desktop and probably capslock+z for the laptop. Then you can navigate as like in internet by using the quick keys. For example, h for heading l for list ETC. Hope this helps. Meanwhile, I thank the members who have given answers for my query.
