I do not think such rulings are applicable to guide dog owners.
In this case, number of dogs was thirty!!!
A public nuisance has to be established before a magistrate or so, and I think
it was done in this particular case...

I only wonder whether such cases will hamper the guide dogs users. There
should be some way to co-exist with the animals for they are very part of
nature. If we start behaving like this perhaps tomorrow no one would like to
be disturbed by even birds, cats, flies.... list is endless. At the end of
the day tolerance is what that makes a man!
