Hi,
You need to install the dropbox application. Once you have done that, you
navigate to the file for which you want the link. Right click the file and
from the dropbox menu, choose the option titled "public link" or something
like that. This will bring the link on to the clipboard.

Subject: [AI] Retrieving dropbox files links

Folks, I've successfully created my account on dropbox and pasted a couple
of files into the public folder, however, I've never been able to retrieve
the download link through the procedure they describe on their website.
Would be grateful if somebody could let me know the easiest method to get
hold of the download link which we can use to send it to our friends. Also
would like to have this piece of information as to what exactly is the
process for the files to be uploaded (Technical info), means whenever we
paste a particular file into the public folder in order to be able to share
it, the file doesn't seem to be uploading from our computer, then how does
it host the files and make available for downloading even the source person
isn't online.
