Your problem can be solved by installing filters on your phone and modem lines. These filters will prevent disconnection on receiving a call.

Anyway, I have complained several time in first six months including a written complaint. Whenever I made a complaint over phone, the BSNL officials roughly asked me to go over to their office and report the problem. They told me sharply that they were not supposed to hear complaints over phone. They were also not expected to attend complaints against docket number generated by the toll free calls. Anyway, I gave it up last year. However, the problem still persists and I can't download or upload large audio biles in most cases. I have to try it several times. Now I want to do something serious. I sent my written complaint to the local division of the BSNL. What can I do now? I am not thinking in terms of consumer court or things like that. I just want my problem solved.
