Dear Sir,
Please try this. When you press the power button of the monitor to switch
on
the screen then you can hear a sound, and still you want to confirm then
keep the finger on the power button if your finger goes inside without
giving any force then the monitor is on and if the button doesn't go
inside
much then the monitor is off.
Hope this works.

However, most of them are ineffectual for current LCD monitors.
Still I will give them a try and let you know about my own preferred
method.
I was informed that even vOICe software is useful and reliable for the
job.

hello rajesh sir, in the moniter, on and off button is there, I press that
button, it will off. again if that button pressed, some sound is produced,
now it is on. if we press that button definitely off position. if we want
to
confirm, after some time, by touching back side of moniter, if it is on,
our
hand feel heat, otherwise, normal.
