Amiyo, It could be wire problem-fault in the wires.
It may give u some respite I am going through the problem concurrent with but a minor variation that my airtel broad band does not disconnect during a telephone call but 15 minutes after connection & the problem recurs. Airtel is sure it is the problem with internal wiring of my house & ensure smooth conduct of the same if I allow them use their own direct line. They suggest 'Voltmeter to measure the voltage fluctuation to better understand the problem. I suggest you too to get a voltmeter check up of your PC point telephone line which may give some expected solution as I have thought myself doing too. You could wait for further in my own case.
