Friends I have installed jaws 10 in my new PC with windows XP. However, it is not reading any details like sender name subject etc. in message list, and consequently I am unable to make out what is message about. It only says Inbox and to move to items press arrow keys. What changes I should make in Outlook options etc. to read messages properly? Immediate response is most welcome Regards Rajesh
