this is the problem of jaws 10 in out look
when you open message and if you get this problem then
press insert and z

I have installed jaws 10 in my new PC with windows XP.
However, it is not reading any details like sender name subject etc. in
message list, and consequently I am unable to make out what is message
about. It only says
Inbox and to move to items press arrow keys.
What changes I should make in Outlook options etc. to read messages
properly?
